NEED HELP?
If you require more information or are experiencing difficulties in understanding or logging on to studentConnect, please contact the Student Internet Support Office:
The University has implemented an On-Line Class Registration (OLCR) system to assist in the process of assigning students to classes.
This system allows students enrolled in certain units to:
Enter their class preferences for tutorials, labs and small groups.
Be allocated to classes with consideration of these preferences.
Add and Change class allocations within the limits of class sizes.
You can use WebCT to view course material, reading lists, goals, quizzes, and assignments presented by your Course/Unit Co-ordinator. You can complete assignments and quizzes, and then submit them to your Section Instructor for evaluation. After your Section Instructor has evaluated your assignments and quizzes, you can view your marks. You can also monitor your own progress in a course.
Your lecturer may specify recommended reading material for your Unit. This material may consist of book chapters, journal articles, selected cases and legislation, or Government reports. Where possible, the University Library will attempt to digitise this material into a format which can be accessed over the World Wide Web. This service is called Course Materials Online (CMO).
Course Materials Online is also a consolidated list of your unit’s recommended readings (CMO list), no matter their format. Much of the material that used to be in the Reserve Collection is now included in Course Materials Online.
