Graduation

Welcome to The University of Western Australia's Graduation website.
Please accept our congratulations: if you are reading this, it is likely you have completed, or are about to complete your course and therefore may apply to graduate.

  Application for Conferral of Award Forms to attend the Autumn (March) 2010 Graduation Ceremonies will be sent to students who have a nominated expected completion of End 2009 in November.  If you do not have a nominated expected completion of End 2009 and expect to complete your course this year please contact us via ipoint.  Applications to attend are due by Thursday, 10 December 2009.  Late applications will be accepted for Autumn up until Friday, 15 January 2010 with a late fee of AUD$50, late applications will only be accepted if all course requirements have been recorded as completed, no late applications will be accepted after this date.  Applications for the Spring (September) 2010 ceremonies close on Friday, 9 July 2010.

Important! The University will take no action to process your award until you have submitted an Application for Conferral of Award form to the Enquiry Counter Student Administration (Hackett Hall) by the appropriate closing date. Please do not wait for the release of your final results or thesis examination before lodging your completed form.
