Administrative Fees & Charges

Money from your tuition fees are used to cover the cost of your course. These fees do no cover the cost of additional services listed below.


Charge per copy for issue of Statement of Academic Record

Charge for issue of Replacement Degree Certificate	$75

Charge for issue of Statement of Qualifications/Immigration	$30
Charge for issue of Statement of Qualifications/Enrolment	$10
Charge for issue of letters to Centrelink	$10
Charge for visa letters for graduation	$30

Late Fees

On Lodging a late re-enrolment after the set date and by 31 January	$100
On Lodging a late re-enrolment from 1 February	$150
On lodging a late application for cross-institutional enrolment	$100
On lodging a late application to tranfer undergraduate degree course	$60
Charge for late Application for Conferral of Award	$40
Charge for late payment of student contribution/and or tution fees	$60
Charge for adding a unit after academic closing date	$40
Charge for replacement of Fee invoice	$2

How to pay these charges?

The above fees must be paid at the Student Administration Enquiry Counter's cashier at Hackett Hall when collecting your ordered service or submitting your late application/enrolment. If you are unable to come in person you should contact us to make alternative payment arrangements.
