Amenities and Services Fees

How to Pay:

In Person:

Present a hard copy of your Statement of Account intact at any Australia Post Agency to pay by cash, EFTPOS, Personal or Bank cheque/money order (drawn upon an Australian bank in Australian dollars). For payment by cheque/money order in person at Australia Post, make cheques/money orders payable to "Australia Post".  To obtain hard copy of your Statement please print the PDF version in your studentconnect.

By Credit Card:

Payments can be made by Mastercard or Visa by telephone on (61) 13 18 16 or on the internet at postbillpay.com.au.

  • If you make your payment over the counter at Australia Post you will be issued with a paper receipt.

By Cheque or Savings Account:

Payment can be made using BPAY via internet at www.bpay.com.au or phone banking from your cheque or savings account. You will need to quote the biller code and reference number from your Statement of Account.  Your (eSOA) Electronic Statement of Account for the Amenities and Services Fee are now available online via your www.student.connect.uwa.edu.au.  If you make your payment online or by phone banking a receipt number will be issued.

If subsequently you require a paper receipt, the University can issue you with a copy on request.  Please contact Financial Services on (08) 6488 2519.

Please allow 3-5 working days for payment to be processed.

Please note: Non payment of the Amenities and Services Fee will result in an encumbrance which will block access to examination results, formal academic transcripts and graduation. If your Amenities and Services Fees are outstanding you can still make payment via Australia Post or Bpay. This encumbrance will be lifted when the overdue fees are paid.
