Change of Payment Option

If you are eligible, and wish to change your payment option, you must complete a new Request for Commonwealth Assistance and HECS-HELP form or a new Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form, as applicable, prior to the census date of the semester. 

These forms are completed via your StudentConnect under the option eCAF. Once you complete this form on your StudentConnect your student record will automatically be updated.
