All continuing undergraduate and postgraduate students, except research students, must re-enrol for 2009. The re-enrolment period will begin on Monday 24 November 2008 and end on Tuesday 16 December 2008. We urge you to re-enrol before your results are released. You may access these via your studentConnect. If you have been granted deferred or supplementary examinations you must still re-enrol by Tuesday 16 December 2008, even though you have not completed the examinations. If you have missed the first round of enrolments please check the late enrolment information page. Failure to re-enrol or take Approved Leave will result in your course being discontinued. How to Re-enrolFor the 2009 re-enrolment period, the University's preferred method of re-enrolment for students is on-line via Student Connect. However there are some exceptions as summarised below. It is the student's responsibility to ascertain the appropriate method. Please note that all debts to the University must be cleared by the 31 October 2008 to permit re-enrolment. Re-enrolment via the web Mandatory for all students whose course permits on-line enrolments. If on-line enrolment is not possible for you due to a disability or because you will be located in a remote area during the re-enrolment period, phone us on 6488 3235 prior to Monday 12 November 2008, to discuss an alternative arrangement. Please note that exchange units can only be added using paper form. Re-enrolment via paper form Used for all courses where course/unit approval is required including Cross Instutional study and where students are permitted to return after academic suspension in 2008. Automatic re-enrolment Used primarily for those students whose course is administered by the Graduate School of Research.
