If you wish to transfer from one course to another you will need to apply. You can only transfer to a new course if you have not completed the requirements of your current course. Undergraduate Students We offer two transfer windows (periods of time) each academic year for current students to transfer to another eligible undergraduate course. Year-End TransfersApplications can be made online via studentConnect commencing Wednesday 7 October and finishing Tuesday 8 December 2009.Mid-Year Transfers DO NOT RE-ENROL IN YOUR EXISTING COURSE DURING THE RE-ENROLMENT PERIOD. Round 1 applications must be submitted online via the link on studentConnect. Round 2 applications must be submitted via paper form after payment of a $75 late fee. Once offers are made, all applicants will receive an email to their student email account advising them to check the status of their application online. You will then be able to respond to that offer online, through studentConnect. Just login to studentConnect and click on the My Applications link on the left hand menu to see the outcome status of your application. If you have been made an offer you will be able to respond online and let us know whether you intend to accept or decline. A full list of courses available for transfer can be found here and on the transfer application website. Entry into some undergraduate courses is not possible by transfer application. Refer to the 2010 TISC guide or access the online guide for information about application closing dates for entry into Law, Medicine and Dentistry. Postgraduate Students There is no transfer process. If you wish to change your course, you must successfully apply and enrol in the new course, and withdraw from your old course. You are strongly recommended to talk to your Faculty Adviser. |
