Re-enrolment via paper enrolment form

Those not eligible to enrol online must complete a hard copy (paper) enrolment form. You should check the answers on i-point, submit a query via i-point or visit the Enquiry Counter, Student Administration (Hackett Hall) where one will be generated. Please note that you MUST bring identification with you in order to obtain an enrolment form.

If you are in debt to the University for any charges or fines, these must be paid no later than Friday 16 October 2009.  You can check your balance by refering to the Finance menu of Student Connect.

Photographic identification is essential for collection of your enrolment material. Enrolment material will not be facsimiled to you.  A PDF file can be emailed to you.

If your course is in the re-enrolment via paper enrolment form category, your re-enrolment form must be signed by a course adviser.

Where and when do you lodge your paper enrolment form?

Your re-enrolment must be lodged by 12:00 Wednesday 9 December 2009 at the Enquiry Counter Student Administration  (Hackett Hall).

If enrolment in person during this time is not possible for you, you should submit a query via i-point or call Student Administration on 6488 3235 prior to Monday 9 November 2009, to discuss an alternative arrangement.
