Information on Deferred/Supplementary Examinations

If you have been granted a deferred or supplementary examination please note carefully the information set out below -

PLACE OF EXAMINATIONS

ALL Supplementary and Deferred examinations will be held at The University of Western Australia.

TIMETABLE

Your personal examination timetable will be available on studentConnect a week before the commencement of examinations. You will be able to view your personal timetable at www.studentconnect.uwa.edu.au.

EXAM PERIODS

Deferred/Supplementary exam periods can be viewed on the 'Examination Period' web page.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR PERSONAL TIMETABLE VIA STUDENT CONNECT as information will not be given by the Student Administration Office over the telephone.

DETAILS OF EXAMINATIONS

Students should contact their respective Course Controller to ascertain details of their particular examination.

RE-ENROLMENT

If you intend to re-enrol next year you are reminded that you must do this according to the procedure set out on the re-enrolment website www.studentadmin.uwa.edu.au/welcome/enrolment/reenrolment on the assumption that you will pass your Deferred or Supplementary Examinations.

Should you subsequently find that you were not successful in one or more of your examinations you should arrange to see the relevant Faculty Administrative Officer IMMEDIATELY to decide how your re-enrolment should be amended.

GRADUATION

If you are enrolled in your final semester and you are granted a deferred or supplementary examination you will not be permitted to graduate at the current round of ceremonies.
