When contacting Student Administration - please always quote your Student ID, your full name and course code. This helps us identify you and provide you with specific advice and assistance.

The opening hours for Student Administration are:

8.30am to 6.00pm Monday.
8.30am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday.

Cashier opening hours are:
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

On Saturdays when end of semester exams are held Student Administration is also open from 8:30am to 2:30pm.

Student Administration is located in the south-east wing of the Hackett Hall complex. Just across from the Octagon Theatre
