Changing Your Personal Details

Students must ensure their Contact address and Emergency Contact details are always current. You can view your contact details via the Student Connect Web Page using your Student ID and password at www.studentconnect.uwa.edu.au.

Please note that your Contact address is the address that will be used to post out any correspondence and documents. It is important that this address is kept up to date at all times to avoid delivery delays of important personal documents.

If you need to modify a HOME address from domestic to overseas, or overseas to domestic this can also be updated via studentconnect.

Change of Name

To register a change of name, submit original documentation or certified copy (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, passport) to the Student Administration Office (Hackett Hall).

The new name will appear on all official University documents such as transcripts. Students who change their names must surrender their Campus card and have a new one produced.
