Access Your Information
Access to Electronic Communication and ResourcesTo access the electronic resources at UWA including Student Connect and learning management systems such as WebCT simply activate your UWA student account and email address by visiting Pheme - the UWA Authentication Management System https://www.pheme.uwa.edu.au/. Once activated you will be able to access the UWA's online services including the following: Student Connect Student Connect is UWA's student access to the Student Information Management System. Using Student Connect, you can access a number of services including: - manage your current enrolment
- view your financial liability, current balance and print your Commonwealth Assistance Notice
- view your current Statement of Account (eSOA)
- view your current Amenities and Services fee Statement of Account (if applicable).
- view your personal examination timetable
- view your past unit results and see new results as they're released
- view and update your current address, and notify us of any future address changes
- order academic Transcripts and/or Statement of Qualifications.
To access Student Connect, visit http://studentconnect.uwa.edu.au after you have activated your UWA User account. Email address for official electronic communicationsWhen you enrol at UWA you are automatically assigned an email address. This address is then used for official electronic correspondence unless you advise in writing that this is not acceptable.
